A finance student, entrepreneur, investor, and creator documenting the development of a portfolio that will generate capital appreciation with monthly income, mixed from dividend distributions and option premiums.

Building a portfolio with your own money is difficult...especially as a college student 😬

However, my strategy for developing ideas to raise capital, as simple or perhaps ridiculous as it sounds, is to document and experiment with various money-making methods or hustles (in addition to my part-time retail work on the side).

The goal is to optimize these hustle businesses to yield the highest margin. A small portion of retained earnings will be reinvested to operate again, and the rest will be deposited into the portfolio.

It will be a great learning experience for me. Whatever works, works. More seriously, this project will put practical business and investment theory from textbooks into real action. I must say that it is an invaluable experience that I will be able to leverage as I continue to pursue my entrepreneurial and investment goals.
